This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Not just for moms, we are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc.
We will meet once per week for group runs, and we run rain or shine. Our group runs will take place on:
Saturday mornings at 6:15am beginning the week of January 22. Saturdays will be our clinic days.
