You've earned that half marathon finisher medal... NOW it's time for a PR! Our Run Club Coaches will help you reach that personal record with speed and agility training throughout your 13 week training plan to keep you on track with your goals! We recommend having completed at least one half marathon before enrolling for this advanced course. We will meet twice per week for group runs, and we run rain or shine. Our group runs will take place on the following days:
Saturday mornings at 6:15am beginning the week of August 13.
*Saturdays will be our clinic days.
Our Training Program includes:
- Weekly coached training runs with additional run/week completed on your own (attending both group runs is strongly encouraged, but you may still participate if you can only attend one group run per week)
- A progressive training program & guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other women working towards the same goal!
- A Run Club race t-shirt
- Weekly motivational & educational newsletters from your coach!
- Private Facebook page for moms to collaborate on mid-week runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc.
- Fuel Samples
