Half Marathon Race Training Program

Do you ever dream of making it through the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Are you looking to get in some extra cardio in your fitness routine? Do you need help staying motivated to run? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our Running Training Program is for YOU!!!

This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Not just for moms, we are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc.

We will meet twice per week for group runs, and we run rain or shine. Our group runs will take place on the following days:

Henderson, Wednesday evenings at 6:15PM and Saturday mornings at 6:15am beginning the week of August 13.

Summerlin, Tuesday evenings at 6:15PM and Saturday mornings at 6:15am beginning the week of August 13.

*Saturdays will be our clinic days.


Our Training Program includes:

  • Twice weekly coached training runs with additional run/week completed on your own (attending both group runs is strongly encouraged, but you may still participate if you can only attend one group run per week)
  • A progressive training program & guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other women working towards the same goal!
  • A Run Club race t-shirt
  • Weekly motivational & educational newsletters from your coach!
  • Private Facebook page for moms to collaborate on mid-week runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc.
  • Luna bars (great for after runs or for your between-meal snacks)
Drop In Rates available for $7/run
(Training program does not include race entry fees).
