Recipe of the Week: Cranberry Almond Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup shredded chicken breast

1 Tbl. Slivered almonds

1 Tbl. Dried cranberries

¼ cup chopped celery

½ tsp. Dijon mustard

1 Tbl. Mayonnaise

2 cup chopped green leaf lettuce

Directions:

Mix ingredients together and serve over green leaf lettuce.
