Run Club Endurance Training Program (5K, 10K, or Half Marathon)


This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Not just for moms, we are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. We will meet twice per week for group runs, and we run rain or shine. Our group runs will take place on the following days:

Henderson- Wednesday evenings at 6:15PM and Saturday mornings at 6:30am beginning the week of August 12th.

Summerlin- Tuesday evenings at 7PM and Saturday mornings at 7AM beginning the week of August 12th.

Our Training Program includes:

  • A progressive training program & guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other women working towards the same goal!
  • Twice weekly coached training runs with additional run/week completed on your own (attending both group runs is strongly encouraged, but you may still participate if you can only attend one group run per week)
  • A Run Club race t-shirt
  • Weekly motivational & educational materials from your coach!
  • Private Facebook page for women to collaborate on mid-week runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc.
  • Fuel samples
  • FUN and UNIQUE opportunities to connect with your fellow Run Club Sisters while training to keep you accountable and engaged throughout the session!
