Barre for Moms

Stroller Barre

Stroller Barre combines barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga moves to help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength for motherhood. Ready to join us, mama?

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides is a 60-minute, total-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller!

Run Club+

Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!

Run Club+ Spring Session

Run Club+ Spring Session starts NOW. Runs are on Tuesdays at 5am, Thursdays at 7pm, and Sundays at 6am. Drop-ins are always welcome. Contact Nasia, our Run Club Manager, to get started.
