We are partnering with the lovely Fawnia Mondey and Pole Fitness Studio for any mamas who want to try a different style workout sometimes or throw an epic party!! She will be offering a Fit4Mom discount and feature us on her website!!

At 4pm we will take a pole dancing class, then bring a sundress or something easy to change into for dinner.
