Join us for an adventurous and fun Mom's Day Out for a Silks Lesson & Happy Hour!

We're taking Intro to Silks (no experience necessary!) at Shine Alternative Fitness. Then we'll head over to Town Square for some Happy Hour drinks/apps. Childcare through Artsy Nannies* is available at Town Square! See details below.

2pm Intro to Aerial Silks Class @ Shine Alternative Fitness

$10 first time client special, or $33 drop in (you will need to book your spot through their website).

Recommended Attire: Short sleeve or long sleeve shirt (please no tank tops), yoga pants or capris. You will remove socks, shoes, and jewelry prior to class.

3:30pm Happy Hour @ Town Square - Details TBD

Artsy Nannies is available in Town Square for childcare!

$8/hour for kids 2+, $10/hour for kids 12weeks - 2year

Clean non-slip socks are required for children in our baby/toddler area for their safety.

Feel free to bring your own food and drinks for your child. They do have a microwave or refrigerator for children to use & also have a refrigerator for baby bottles. More info.
