Our preferred provider, Uno Yoga For Moms has some exciting events this May!

- Friday May 3rd & Friday May 24th: Baby and Me Coffee Meetup with Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas (also a new preferred provider offering events in May!)

- Friday May 10th: Mother's Day Yoga in the Park

- Saturday May 11th: Flavia will be at a table at our Celebration of Moms Mother's Day event!!

- EVERY WEDNESDAY: FREE yoga classes at 9am at Spring Mountain Ranch State Park!

Prenatal and Postpartum Moms are welcome, as well as their kids. Each parent is responsible for their own child.

BYO Yoga Mat! The State Park charges $10/car for Nevada residents and $15/car for non-residents.

Uno Yoga For Moms is a woman-owned local business dedicated to offering Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga Classes. Additionally, they offer Baby and Me Yoga Classes, providing a welcoming space for moms to bring their little ones as they practice. FIT4MOM members receive 20% off on Uno Yoga's private yoga classes (not those hosted in studio).
